Ingredients
75g cashews
100ml water
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1tbsp lemon juice
1tsp apple cider vinegar
¾ tsp sea salt
1 garlic clove
¼ tsp black pepper
1tsp Dijon mustard
Small bunch parsley
Small bunch chives
Preparation
Blitz in a blender to form a smooth dressing.
Notes
Use as a dip for crudites or a dressing for my Chicken Caesar Salad recipe.
