Ingredients

  • 1 handful fresh coriander

  • 1 handful fresh mint

  • 1 handful fresh parsley

  • 1 garlic clove crushed

  • 1 tsp capers

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 anchovy fillets

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix together in a blender

Notes

Drizzle over cooked chicken, lamb, fish, or roasted vegetables.
