Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tsp tamari or soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 80-100ml water

  • 1 clove garlic

  • Juice of 1 lime (or ½ lemon)

Preparation

Blitz in a blender to form a smooth dressing, add more water if needed.

Notes

Delicious with roasted vegetables and salads. Keep in a jar in the fridge for 4-5 days.
