A bit about Rachel

Running is a passion of mine, and I feel fortunate that it has taken me all around the globe, competing in races from 5k to 250k.  But it's not just about keeping fit and collecting medals. My love of it stems from the feeling of freedom it brings, the discovery of new trails, pushing my mental and physical boundaries to the limit, and constantly challenging myself to experience something new.

I am turning 50 this year, and I have no intention of slowing down anytime soon! This milestone birthday has prompted me to think about healthy ageing and how sharing my love of running could benefit many people starting their journey into midlife. 

As we age, staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is essential. Running is a fantastic way to achieve this, and I believe we should make good use of the many physical and mental benefits it brings.
