Ingredients
2 red peppers in olive oil
1 can white beans
1 tbsp tahini
½ lemon juiced
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ tsp ground cumin
4 tbsp of chopped dry roasted walnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200C
Roast 2 red peppers in olive oil for 30mins
Once cooled, blitz everything in the food processor and add 4 tbsp of chopped dry roasted walnuts to serve
