Red Pepper & Walnut Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 red peppers in olive oil

  • 1 can white beans

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • ½ lemon juiced

  • 1 tsp sweet paprika

  • ½ tsp ground cumin

  • 4 tbsp of chopped dry roasted walnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C

  2. Roast 2 red peppers in olive oil for 30mins

  3. Once cooled, blitz everything in the food processor and add 4 tbsp of chopped dry roasted walnuts to serve
